Reel Chance is giving away a 2025 Latitude Tournament Boats LTB 25 center console with a 300 HP Mercury V8 Verado, or $100,000 in cash instead, at a stated ARV of $200,000. Entries close November 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, with the winner drawn on or about November 25.

What's running in September 2026

This is ReelChance #3, opened August 20, 2026. The official rules at reelchance.us/pages/2025-ltb-25-rules state an ARV of $200,000 and give the winner a choice between the rigged boat and $100,000 cash. The homepage adds a bonus bundle valued at $8,500: an electric reel, a rod, an adjustable butt and a MEGACHILL platform.

Look hard at the two numbers in the prize itself. The stated ARV is $200,000 and the cash alternative is $100,000, half of it. A cash option set at half the stated value is a fair question to put to the sponsor before you enter, because it is the operator's own valuation of one prize expressed two ways.

There is also a one-day discrepancy on the announcement. The rules put the drawing on or about November 25; the homepage says November 24. The rules govern.

Winners are selected by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614, a named third-party administrator. Eligibility is the United States and Canada, 18 or the age of majority. The per-giveaway rules list no state exclusions, while the site's generic house rules page excludes Rhode Island and bars Georgia residents from cash-prize promotions. Given the cash option, check which document covers your state.

November 19 is a long runway. There is no reason to spend now on a drawing that resolves in late November.

How to enter

Purchases in the Reel Chance store generate entries at the rate shown at checkout, and the VIP program grants a fixed number of entries every month across four tiers.

The free route is published, and this is where the site can cost you entries.

Reel Chance runs two alternative methods of entry that do not agree. The generic house rules page gives one mailing address and one entry rate, and names no administrator. The per-giveaway rules page for this promotion, at reelchance.us/pages/2025-ltb-25-rules, gives a different address and a different rate, and it is the document that names who runs the drawing.

Use the per-giveaway page. For this promotion the address is ReelChance Sweepstakes, PO Box 398, Macedon, NY 14502-0398, and each handwritten card is worth 10 entries. A reader who finds the house rules page first mails a card somewhere else under a rate the governing document does not state. The address changes with the campaign, so check the rules page for the promotion you are entering.

A U.S. sweepstakes that accepts payment must offer a free way in carrying the same odds as a paid entry. That protection only helps if the card reaches the right box.

What it costs to play

The VIP tiers publish both a price and an entry count, so the arithmetic is available.

Crew is $15 a month for 40 entries, or 37.5 cents per entry. Deckhand is $25 for 200 entries, or 12.5 cents. First Mate is $40 for 500 entries, or 8 cents. Captain is $100 for 2,000 entries, or 5 cents.

The bottom tier costs seven and a half times as much per entry as the top one, so the cheapest option is the worst value on the ladder by a wide margin. Each tier also carries a stated number of ocean plastic bottles removed, from 5 at Crew to 50 at Captain.

Annualize before you commit. Crew is $180 a year, Deckhand $300, First Mate $480, Captain $1,200. This drawing closes November 19, roughly two and a half billing cycles from today, and the subscription keeps renewing long after the winner is drawn. That mismatch is where people in this category overspend, so put the renewal date in your calendar and decide monthly.

Against all of that, four mailed cards are 40 entries, matching a full month of Crew for the price of four stamps.

One thing the entry counts cannot tell you is your odds. Reel Chance does not publish a total entry pool, so 2,000 entries describes your spending, not your probability. Entry counts and odds are different quantities.

Tax deserves attention here because of how the prize is structured. A prize is taxable income in the year received, and sponsors report anything worth $600 or more on Form 1099-MISC. Take the boat and you are taxed on a stated $200,000 with no cash attached to pay the bill, which can mean a five-figure liability on an asset you would have to sell or borrow against. Take the $100,000 and the taxable amount halves and arrives as money. Run that against your own bracket and state before you enter.

What they've given away before

Reel Chance publishes a winners page listing 12 winners: four major prize winners, one pending, and seven VIP weekly winners. Two of the four majors carry video, two carry photos, and all four carry quotes. Among them is Kurt L. of Wisconsin, who won a Sea-Doo FishPro Trophy 170 in an earlier promotion.

The pending entry is the one to watch. The prior promotion, a 2024 Skeeter SX241 plus $15,000 cash at a stated ARV of $105,000, ran May 11 to September 3, 2026, with the drawing set for on or about September 9. At our last check the winners page showed that prize as "Winner Pending" with a photo and no name, and the page stated the announcement for September 10.

If you entered that promotion, or want to judge whether this operator posts results on the schedule it publishes, check the winners page now. Naming the pending winner on the stated date demonstrates something a page of older entries cannot. Letting the date pass without an update demonstrates something too.

The general limits still apply. Winners are listed by first name and last initial with a state, and no entry on the page carries a date, so none of these wins can be independently confirmed. Read it as partial evidence.

What to check before you enter

1. Third-party administrator named? Yes. American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc. of Rochester, NY, named in the per-giveaway rules rather than the house rules page.

2. Official rules public and findable before you spend? Yes, footer-linked at reelchance.us/pages/2025-ltb-25-rules, naming sponsor ReelChance LLC, 2810 N Church St., Wilmington, DE 19802. The two rules documents disagree on the free entry address and rate, which costs this check points.

3. Past winners documented with specificity? Partly. Twelve winners with video on two majors and quotes on four, but first name and last initial only, no dates, and one result outstanding.

4. Prize value stated as ARV? Yes. $200,000, with published open and close times, alongside a $100,000 cash alternative.

5. Does anyone ask a winner for money? No sign of it. No legitimate U.S. sweepstakes asks a winner for a fee, a tax payment or a shipping charge. Be especially skeptical of any direct message claiming you won, because that is the channel impersonators use.
